I’ve nothing but good things to say about my service experience with Wayne, Tim, and the other professionals at Faith’s Toyota in Westminster VT. When a couple of pretty significant repairs came up for my car Tim was able to slot me in in a timely manner and quickly get me comprehensive estimates for what I needed done. His manner was respectful and I appreciated that he really spent the time to talk about what I needed. When the time came to pick up the car Wayne talked me through the bill in a friendly manner and with great attention to detail - all of this despite the fact that their technology was down in the shop and it had been a long week of completing their orders and reports by hand! Anyway, I’ve never rushed home after picking up a car so that I could write a five-star review for its mechanics, but the service I got at Faith’s Toyota merits it, and I will be back for my future needs.

Cooper was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and even came in on his day off to help finalize the sale. There was no pressure to make a sale, he just wanted to answer my questions and show me the truck I was interested in. This newly built dealership is easy to find, modern, clean, and bright. The service department is wonderful also. I worked with Service Advisor Brad Ryea. He was attentive and personable. Again, I would highly recommend Faith's Toyota for your Toyota purchase and servicing.

Have to say, Jason bent over backwards to be helpful and would find the answer to all of my questions if he did not know right off. He came in on his day off to finish the sale. Speaks volumes. Everyone was pleasant to work with. A little chaotic with all the construction going on , hence the 4 star rating. Once that is completed, it will be a great dealership.

Faith's Ford/Toyota has a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. They just got a new beautiful building and the lot is still being renovated. They are BURSTING from the seem with vehicles, with new cars arriving as I pulled in. I arrived at Faith's after three days spent going from dealership to dealership. I had acclimated myself to the going prices for the type of vehicle I was purchasing and knew the type of car and price point I was willing to move ahead with. The team at Faith's was dedicated to meeting my goals. I pulled out with a great vehicle at a great price.

My car dealer Jason was very helpful and went through everything I needed to purchase a car out of state. While the time it took to finalize the papers did take longer than I wanted, I can’t blame them for the system hack that happened 2 days prior. All in all, I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

Most of my deal was done online and via email. The deal went smoothly and i got a great price for my old vehicle. Once i arrived to pick up the vehicle all the paperwork etc went well. I am very happy with my salesman Chris and the manager Bill.

Gavin was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Faiths was able to get us in and out on a very busy Memorial Day.
