Had a good experience here. The online coordinator did mislead us into thinking they could take a form of payment as the down payment and were wrong, but they let us test drive the car we wanted to a town where our bank was and everything worked out with the proper down payment type... found the deal on their site, did financing with them and drove the car back to Massachusetts the same day. Wife loves her new car!
